That's the idea behind the name — and behind our approach to selecting and managing future residences.
Our plan is to begin with a small number of one- and two-bedroom apartments, with close attention to furnishing, upkeep, and guest care as each residence comes online.
We are evaluating Scottsdale, Columbus, and Indianapolis for demand from business travelers, relocating professionals, and visiting families. Our intended focus is considerate guests, not party-oriented stays.
We are currently researching properties and speaking with leasing teams. No residences are open yet; we intend to launch in phases and evaluate each property before expanding.

Scottsdale is a prospective launch market for furnished stays serving business travelers, relocating guests, and longer-term visitors. We are currently researching suitable apartments and discussing leasing arrangements.
Columbus is a prospective market for furnished stays supporting relocation, university-related travel, and business visits. We are evaluating neighborhoods and potential leasing partners.
Indianapolis is another market under consideration, with potential demand from convention visitors, business travelers, and relocating professionals. We are assessing properties and local requirements before committing to a location.
For property owners & management teams
We are seeking properties where our furnished accommodation model is expressly permitted and mutually understood.
We seek written approval for the intended guest occupancy and furnished rental use, with lease terms that clearly describe the arrangement. We do not assume a standard corporate lease permits subletting or short stays.
Our planned approach includes guest screening, clear house rules, responsive communication, and attention to the condition of each residence and its surrounding community.
Before launching at a property, we intend to confirm applicable lease conditions, building policies, insurance requirements, and local regulations, including any minimum-stay restrictions.
